My experience with leadership stretches back around 10 years when I started to consult at the top level within various organisations. In my interraction with Managing Directors and Chairmen, I learned a great deal about both good and bad leadership. I crystalised this thought and today present courses from time to time at various Universities. I also presented the founding course at the Afrikan Leadership School at CIDA City Campus.

"Leadership is about creating a domain in which human beings continually deepen their understanding of reality and become more capable of participating in the unfolding of the world. Ultimately leadership is about creating new realities." Joseph Jaworski

What makes a leader? What distinguishes leaders from followers? Are there situational factors involved in leadership behaviours? Can an entire organisation embody the personality of its' leaders? Are leaders born and not made? These are fascinating questions which arouse great controversy whenever debated.

To me, leadership is all about tapping into the individual's vast variety of talents, skills, and experiences. I offer the following insights to leaders and those with leadership potential:

  • How to design and grow effective organizations
  • How to tap into employees' hidden capacity
  • How to increase employee productivity
  • Discussion of new and powerful leadership models
  • Development of personal power
  • What is charisma and how to grow it
  • Intent and how to use it
